Dodgers officially sign Cuban infielder Jose Miguel Fernandez

The Los Angeles Dodgers have officially signed Cuban infielder Jose Miguel Fernandez. According to reports, he is in camp as a non-roster invitee and will likely begin the season in the minors.

Fernandez has not played professionally in two years. He posted a .315/.415/.426 slash line in the Cuban National Series in 2014.
