Le'Veon Bell is the latest athlete to try his hand in the rap game, and to the dismay of hip-hop enthusiasts everywhere, his efforts left much to be desired.
With his Steelers eliminated from playoff contention, Bell dropped a diss track this week titled "Shrimp Bayless" — obviously aimed at outspoken FS1 analyst Skip Bayless.
There was so much potential here, but Bell made a key mistake. As an athelte, you have to keep it lighthearted and humorous unless you have rapping chops like Damian Lilliard. Bell does not, and thus, the track was a slight letdown.
