Clay Matthews Suffers Broken Jaw Vs. Seahawks

Brutal news for the Rams.

According to head coach Sean McVay, Los Angeles Rams linebacker Clay Matthews has broken his jaw and will be out 4-6 weeks after breaking his jaw in the Thursday Night Football game vs. the Seahawks.

In the press conference, head coach Sean McVay says he think he got kicked in the jaw by Seahawks RB Chris Carson.

Matthews, is a former first round pick of the Green Bay Packers in 2009. He played out the final year of his six-year, $70 million contract and made salary of $10.4 million for the 2018 season.

Rams signed Matthews this season to a two-year contract worth up to $16.75 millino during the offseason.
