LeBron James Almost "Cracked" During Lakers Struggles

When LeBron James arrived to the Los Angeles Lakers this summer, he knew that building this team back up to a championship contender was going to be a tall order. The Lakers fell under .500 early into the season and LeBron admits that it definitely got to him when he talked to Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes.

"I almost cracked. I had to sit back and remind myself, '[Expletive], you knew what you were getting yourself into.' This process has been good for me. I just have to continue being patient."

Early struggles to a new team is not new for LeBron. When he left Cleveland for Miami, the Heat struggled to get any rhythm going and when he came back to Cleveland, the Cavs started out 5-7 and questions came up whether he could make it work with Kyrie and Kevin Love.

Lately, thing have really started to work for the Los Angeles Lakers. They acquired Tyson Chandler who has much such a huge impact for the on the court and they have now gone over .500 (7-6).

LeBron continues to stress the importance of patience he needs with the whole team to mesh together to put together winning streaks early on.
